I've just come across this on IG - it looks like a base rock like a basalt or something to me personally, wouldn't say its black lemurian at all.

Ok so in the interests of fairness, I have messaged the seller and this is their reply.. “Hi. These crystals have been mined from the lemurian seam in Brazil. The mine itself actually only works and mines with lemurains and have done for over 20 years. There was only a very small find and has been no more found since. They are finding new crystals all the time which is really amazing. Currently these lemurians are being studied by geologists to establish the coating on them. They are thinking its a type of tourmaline but are unsure. I hope this helps. Thanks Emily”
